Nutty Apple Crisp

When chill is in the air, all I can think of are apples, hot cider, and butternut squash. Nothing’s easier or more satisfying than a scoop of hot apple crisp topped with vanilla ice cream. Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

With blueberry season in full thrust (and quickly disappearing!), I’ve picked 14 quarts and shoved about 12 of them in my freezer to hoard them through the wintertime.  I haven’t blogged lately because I’ve been preoccupied with another project (and no, family and friends, it’s NOT a baby!).  More on that later. Chicken, Mushroom, & Napa Spring Rolls
